Football and Wine

First day back to work today.  It's weird going back after basically three weeks off.

We started the day with a team meeting.  It was good to catch up with the team and start to get stuff put together for our kick-off on Wednesday.  I'm so excited to see the kids...I miss them like crazy.

Of course the first day back wouldn't be complete without a little drama, our room was a mess, as per usual.  We combined all of the youth ministries into one room to have a youth room.  The ministry as a whole uses the room on occasion under the agreement that the room will be returned to a clean, functional state.  However, ever since the move, the room never gets cleaned up...but I digress.

After work, I headed over to Laura's to watch the BCS National Championship game, also known as, Alabama owning Notre Dame.  It was a pretty sad "watch party" as we were all rooting for ND.  Laura is a huge ND fan, and I cheer for any team that plays against Alabama or the SEC.  Half way through the 3rd quarter we decided to head to the liquor store for some wine....

Laura is truly one of my best friends here...she loves country music, football, wine, and is absolutely hilarious.  If I had to watch Alabama win another championship with anyone, I'm glad it was her.
